The issuer certificate is not trusted
Full message
When users use Firefox 3 to access sites with SSL check, users may meet ths following error message. Error: host uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is not trusted.
Solution
It is caused by the Firefox 3 does not trust self-signed certificate default. To solve this problem, Please click "Or you can add an exception..." under the warning page. Then select "Add Exception..."-->"Add Certificate"-->"Confirm Security Exception". The browser will download root certificate and store it automatically and you can access this site. Users can find root certificate in the: "Tool"-->"Options..."-->"Advanced"-->"View Certificates"-->"Servers".
Another solution is that you can import CA Certificate of ASGCCA-2007 (Mercury) into certificate authority list, this will approve all host certificates issued by ASGCCA to save time adding exception. Please download ASGCCA-2007 (Mercury) and import into authority list: "Tool"-->"Options..."-->"Advanced"-->"View Certificates"-->"Authorities".
